Cost of Tender form : Rs.1,040/-
Price of Duplicate copy: Rs.520/-
The Tender form can be had from the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Extra Police Road, Nandavanam, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram on all working days from 10.30 A.M. to 4.30 P.M. To get the Tender forms by post fee of tender form plus Rs.45/- towards the postal charges may be sent by Money Order. Such request should reach the undersigned on or before 02.09.2008. The tender form duly filled in should reach the undersigned on or before 08.09.2008 at 3 P.M. The date of opening of the tender form is 08.09.2008 at 4 P.M.

Special conditions:-
1. The rate should be inclusive of VAT and free delivery to the two Colleges at Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram and Kasaragod and to the Head Quarters of the LBS Centre , Regional Units and Sub Centres through out Kerala
2. Tenderers should supply the books at the rate of discount agreed even if the amount exceeds falls below the approximate amount estimated for supply of books.
3. Indian books should be supplied within 30 days and foreign books within 60 days from the date of receipt of supply order failing which 1% of the delivered price of the delayed books for each weeks of delay until actual delivery up to a maximum deduction of 10% of the contract price of the delayed books shall be deducted from the bill as penalty at the discretion of the Director. Once the maximum is reached the Centre may consider termination of the contract at the risk and cost of the Contractor.
